On my birthday, 7 may 2003, I got a slotcar from my brother in law, the
Fly Porsche 908/3, driven by van Lennep in the 70's. I was already
collecting car and bike models from Dutch drivers, so this was a nice
present for my collection. But not for racing, because another hobby
besides models and strips was too much for me, so the slotcar went into
the display case.... |

It was 2005 when I got the virus, after my brother already had bought a
nice starting Scalextric set. I bought the "Scapino"(1) package, the
Scalextric Sport USA T3, from the shop "Model
Racing World Tilburg" Meanwhile, my wife makes my day buying the Scalextric Sport Rally X3 the same time, so I got now from nothing to 2 sets.....that means a large circuit. I then owned the living room as much as possible.... (1) shoeshop which solt this Scalextric-set |

Somewhere in october 2005, I started to create my own permanent home circuit: Stycha Racepark. The attic is now my place to be!! On this circuit, man will be seperate by boys..... | |

Now, we have some little championship with 6 men, driving on 3 different
tracks (Scalex Sport, Ninco and wood) at each other place, with the
ability to preparate the car to perform at best on each circuit! Meanwhile I started a weblog to keeping up the performances of all our races. |
